Orders take 48 - 72 hours to ship.
Due to health regulations, we do not allow returns or exchanges of our loose leaf teas. If you receive an accessary that has been damaged, we do allow exchanges.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at Barri@greyandbashteas.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
